Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications and ensure smooth workflow
  • Support clinical teams with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to streamline claims processing
  • Provide support during crisis situations and emergencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with healthcare software systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
