About the role
Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide logistics company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services, is seeking enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking Territory Managers for business-to-business product and service sales in Jackson. This outside sales position focuses on new business acquisition within a small-to-mid size business environment, offering the opportunity to develop superior selling skills and grow into a Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager role. You will engage with executive-level decision makers such as Owners, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling
- Developing lead generation strategies
- Utilizing CRM to track activity
- Selling and setting up new accounts
- Managing accounts you sell
Training and Development
Priority1 supports Territory Managers with best-in-class training and development. New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within their first 24 months, with potential for additional Senior Territory Manager and management trainings later in their career. All trainings are held in Little Rock, AR, and led by the Executive Development Team, who began their careers in sales.
After completing Basic Sales Training, new Territory Managers enter the “Fast Start Program,” which includes three months of in-the-field training with Upper Management.

Requirements
- 2 years of freight sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (coursework in business, marketing, or communication is a plus, but any major is acceptable with a passion for sales)
- Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
