About the role

Route 92 Medical seeks a Territory Sales Manager to manage training, value analysis, and customer support for all products and services within the Washington/Montana area, including Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Billings, Missoula, and surrounding regions. We are looking for individuals passionate about innovative, disruptive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
  • Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
  • Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
  • Participates in negotiations with key accounts
  • Forecasts sales and monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
  • Handles some service activities
  • Collaborates internally to strengthen company culture and enhance customer relationships
  • Monitors competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and sales strategies
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policy based on evaluation of results and competitive developments
  • Travels more than 60% of the time
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge through on-the-job training, workshops, publications, and professional networks

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near the Washington/Montana area or relocating prior to hire
  • Knowledge of medical device products, services, industry, customers, and competition
  • Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process
  • Proven success in building strong and trusting customer relationships
  • Interpersonal skills reflecting a collaborative, resilient, and flexible work ethic
  • Self-starter with a drive and passion for high performance
  • Solution-focused, critical thinker able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education/certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience or equivalent
