Qualifications
Symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who presented with moderate to severe anxiety, moderate to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge.
Cohort-specific outcomes analysis based on self-reported data from all-time clients in the relevant cohort who reported severe anxiety, moderately severe to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge.
Higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who had been admitted to a HLOC in the 30 days prior to intake.
