For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions through various communication channels
- Support clinical staff with documentation and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or mental health field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant privacy laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with virtual care platforms and telehealth technologies
- Understanding of behavioral health and addiction treatment principles
