Territory Manager - Iowa East

A Day In The Life

As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community. You’ll leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. Your mission: grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive.

This is a field-based role based in East Iowa and includes Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Waterloo, Rochester, Decorah, Dubuque, and Marshalltown.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay for this position is $91,890 to $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to $187,310 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market.

In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits package. You’ll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401k plan with company match.
