Territory Manager (Inside SaaS Sales)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while developing new business opportunities. You'll work directly with auto dealerships, providing tailored digital marketing solutions that help them grow and manage their business more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own defined territory — no overlapping accounts or deal conflicts.
- Prospect and close new dealership clients through outbound calls, emails, and demos.
- Build and maintain your own book of business; customer support handles setup and training.
- Upsell and expand within your existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
- Work within a high-performing, supportive sales culture where teamwork and integrity matter.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Excel at generating new business through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient with CRM software and disciplined in pipeline management.
- Be self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
Qualifications
- Comfortable making 60 or more cold calls each day.
- Experience with digital marketing solutions for dealerships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
