Territory Manager, Infusion Sales
About the role
VIVO Infusion is searching for an experienced and dynamic professional with a background in referral-based healthcare and/or pharmaceutical sales to join our team as a Territory Manager (Regional Infusion Sales Specialist) in the Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY area. This role involves traveling within the region to promote provider relationships and support our clinics. The sales team enjoys uncapped commission, company-provided leads, and the flexibility to create their own schedule while receiving support from an incredible team.
The position requires residing within the posted region and involves 90% travel within 30-60 miles of supported clinics, with 10% remote work.
Responsibilities
- Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo’s comprehensive services and patient benefits.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
- Stay informed of market changes and collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to share market intelligence.
- Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies.
- Apply consultative selling to address provider or patient concerns.
- Assess each provider’s infusion needs and promote Vivo’s patient-centered services, including intake processes, benefits verification, clinical excellence, and cost-effective care.
- Work with provided pharmaceutical representative contact sheets to drive relationships within the territory.
- Utilize company CRM (Trella Health) to log daily calls and maintain regional notes.
- Approach sales opportunities with a focus on improving patient outcomes and care.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams with professionalism and mutual respect.
- Maintain Vivo’s reputation by exemplifying the company’s guiding principles, mission, and values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals (required).
- 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience (required).
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel within the territory (required). Vehicle stipend, parking, and tolls provided.
- Proven track record of managing a sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
- Exceptional customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn CRM software. Experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 base salary with uncapped variable commission.
Schedule
- Full-time, exempt position.
- Flexible, self-driven day-to-day schedule.
- 90% travel within 30-60 miles of supported clinics; 10% remote office work.
