About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of helping stroke survivors regain independence through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Stroke Recovery Services program.
• Assist patients with accessing necessary resources and services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and insurance companies to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and maintaining records.
• Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about stroke recovery services and encourage early intervention.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in stroke care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (rehabilitation, nursing, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or stroke-related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation principles and best practices.
• Experience working with individuals who have experienced stroke.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the Stroke Recovery Services program.
