For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment through innovative approaches and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of evidence-based treatments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assisting in the coordination of care between inpatient and outpatient settings
• Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed as a Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or a similar credential in the state where you will be working
• Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based treatments

• Passionate about improving mental health and addiction treatment outcomes
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
