Territory Manager, Dermatology & Immunology - Eastern Wisconsin

Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimize business opportunities in targeted HCP offices and institutions specializing in dermatology and immunology. Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals, coordinate with HQ Commercial and field-based support teams, and drive product acceptance within Eastern Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive product acceptance.
  • Leverage CRM, sales data, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Complete timely call reporting and expense reporting.
  • Manage promotional budgets within the assigned territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Present scientific subject matter clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with technology.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel, with the majority of time spent in-market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dermatology & Immunology sales experience.
  • Biologics and/or JAK inhibitors selling experience.
  • Experience selling in a complex Market Access environment.
  • Experience promoting high-science products.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.

Pay

Base compensation pay range: $130,000 to $160,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on geographical location and experience. This position is part of an Incentive Compensation (IC) Commission Plan and the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
