Territory Manager - Central/South Florida

The Territory Manager is responsible for representing Monaghan to all hospital call points and distributors in Central and South Florida. This position primarily executes Sales & Marketing plans for all Monaghan products within a defined geographical territory, maintains effective account coverage, and generates new business every fiscal year.

Responsibilities

• Represent Monaghan Medical to hospitals and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Execute sales and marketing plans for Monaghan products.
• Maintain effective account coverage and generate new business annually.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong preference for sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical field calling on hospitals, or a clinical degree in a related field with successful leadership experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a self-driven sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain solid, positive, professional relationships.
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay

Salary plus commissions.
