For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment through innovative virtual platforms. We are seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Conduct intake assessments and triage cases
• Collaborate with insurance companies to secure coverage and manage billing
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with telehealth platforms and software

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Knowledge of mental health and addiction disorders

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule

Flexible work schedule with occasional evening and weekend availability
