About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to manage and grow an established territory across Queensland. Working closely with customers, product specialists, and leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technical solutions across a diverse range of industrial sectors. You will manage a portfolio of Flow and industrial products, servicing industries such as Water and Waste, Power Generation, Environmental, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a trade, technical, engineering, or industrial sales background who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within your territory
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across target industries
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective sales planning
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle
- Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations
- Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitor movements
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership teams on growth strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Engineering, Instrumentation, Business, or related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in technical sales, account management, instrumentation, engineering, or industrial services
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products
- Proven business development and account management capabilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to develop practical, customer-focused solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results
- Current Driver's Licence
