Essential Job Functions

• Lead commercialization activities in assigned sales territory.
• Achieve sales plan and increase therapy awareness.
• Assess new potential accounts and drive implant growth.
• Manage commercial sites, ensure compliance with guidelines, and facilitate payer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to develop outreach programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• In lieu of a degree, 5 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry or 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience traveling within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with implantation and follow-up of implantable devices.
• Market development and referral program experience.
• Product launch and account management experience.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $80,000—$80,000 USD. Benefits include:
