Territory Growth Specialist

About the role

The Territory Growth Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, belief, adoption, and results for Smile Express® across clinics in an assigned territory. This position is primarily field-based, requiring travel to clinics to build and manage relationships, deliver training, and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage plans for Smile Express® adoption and performance growth
• Lead Smile Express® training for new clinic activations, ongoing development, and advanced skill building workshops; providing regular hands-on coaching and follow-up
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinic teams, and leadership
• Analyze Smile Express® performance metrics to identify success, opportunities, and challenges, updating operations, clinic, and marketing leadership regularly
• Document all visits to clinics, trainings, and performance metrics
• Attend community events and support clinic and marketing teams with patient education for Smile Express®

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• One (1) year of product or sales training experience required
• Three (3) years of experience in field sales, account management, or a related position required; experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare, dental, or orthodontic industry preferred

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of territory management, consultative sales, and relationship management strategies
• Intermediate knowledge of learning principles and training delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong KPI tracking and reporting skills
