Territory Growth Representative

About the role

PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is hiring an ambitious and motivated salesperson to help grow the business in central Ohio. You are not selling hose; you are selling uptime—trusted 24/7 emergency service that keeps factories, fleets, farms, and job sites running when a hose fails at two in the morning.

What you will do

• Prospect daily via cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and trade-show presence.
• Grow accounts by identifying next needs before failures occur.
• Get out of the truck: visit job sites, maintenance shops, plants, rental yards, fleet garages.
• Follow up after service calls to confirm delivery and request reviews.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline.
• Represent PIRTEK at local events and trade shows.
• Work closely with technicians who execute the service you sell.

What we are looking for

• A proven track record of hitting sales targets; B2B or outside sales experience is a plus.
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections without taking it personally.
• A self-starter who can run a territory with minimal hand-holding.
• Organized enough to keep the pipeline honest.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No hydraulic experience required—we train the technical side; drive is what we cannot teach.

Pay

• $50,000 base salary.
• 5% of revenue on every new account you land, for a full year.
• 2.5% residual commission for as long as you keep the account.
• Uncapped earnings; typical second-year total $75,000–$85,000.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no on-call, home every night.

PIRTEK is the national leader in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, offering a one-hour response target to restore broken equipment fast. PIRTEK Marion is locally owned and operated, opening a Delaware service center this fall. You would work directly with the owner and own the territory from day one.
