Territory Development Associate

Responsibilities
- Visit current and potential clients across Territories—dropping off catalogs, swag while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships.
- Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
- Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
- A good communicator and organized multitasker.
- Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce a plus, but we’ll train the candidate as well).
- A willingness to travel regularly in Indiana (some overnight).
- Nice to have: familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related construction fields.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, account management, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
