You’ll be the friendly first impression of Seiler—connecting with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, sharing our brand, and opening doors for our expert sales team. Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential clients across Territories—dropping off catalogs, swag while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships.
• (All travel associated with this role will be supported by the company)
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
• A good communicator and organized multitasker
• Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce a plus, but we’ll train the candidate as well)
• Willingness to travel regularly in Wisconsin (some overnight)
• Nice to have: familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related construction fields.
