Responsibilities
- Own the Relationship: You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of existing clients. Think of yourself as their trusted advisor for all things AEC.
- Drive Renewals & Upsells: Keep licenses up to date, identify expansion opportunities, and make sure your accounts are fully adopted with the ATG value adds.
- Stay Proactive, Not Reactive: Stay ahead of renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate what clients need before they ask.
- Stay Sharp, Stay Updated: Keep up with Autodesk’s ever-evolving product line, pricing models, and promotions so your clients always get the best.
- Education is Key: Help customers keep their employees up to speed on the latest software updates and company processes through the Global eTraining solution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in the tech or software space.
- Earned bachelor’s degree.
- Customer-obsessed—seriously, you love making clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of.
- Organized, strategic, and never let a renewal sneak past you.
- Not afraid of KPIs—quota motivates you, and you know how to grow accounts.
- Experience in the AEC space is a major plus.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids).
- The ability to sit or stand for extended periods, travel between office locations (including those with stairs), and lift up to 30 pounds.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of Autodesk products and services.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
