Primary responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
- Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
- Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
- Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
- Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
- Aid with seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships: partnering with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration.
- Support capability building: reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
- Develop for future leadership: building the operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles.

- Time and Task Management – Organized and efficient in completing store visits, managing coverage assignments, and maintaining consistent execution across multiple locations.

- Capability Support– Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
- Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
- Ability to travel across assigned markets.
- Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
Benefits
- Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
