VIC the PICC is a specialized healthcare provider offering vascular access consulting services to acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home healthcare providers. Services include vascular access device insertion, post-access support, continuing education, and precepting.

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Sales Professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Manager. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting onboarding new clients. Key areas of focus include account management, customer interaction, growth strategies, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional solutions where appropriate.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with every target customer within the Southwestern Region and Portland, OR region at least quarterly.
  • Analyze accounts using data tools to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted routing schedules.
  • Expand service offerings to existing accounts.
  • Aid in onboarding new clients and provide support to ensure a smooth transition to our services.
  • Oversee new account installations.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and align them with our services.
  • Update account activities in Salesforce CRM and submit a Weekly Activity Report (WAR) to VP Sales & Marketing.
  • Educate clients about available services and help them utilize offerings effectively.
  • Attend Local, Regional, and National Trade Shows to support existing clients and connect with potential new customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of account management/sales experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales, or 5 years of account management/sales experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • 1+ years in medical sales or 2+ years in sales/customer service roles preferred.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of account management/sales experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales, or 5 years of account management/sales experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce CRM, and familiarity with similar platforms.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts (typically Monday to Friday but may require weekends and occasional after-hours depending on client needs).

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD
