Territory Account Manager – Established Accounts
What You’ll Do
- Grow an established territory by strengthening existing accounts and developing new business relationships
- Build long-term customer relationships through a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Conduct on-site customer visits to identify opportunities and provide recommendations
- Help customers reduce overall operational and cleaning costs through strategic solutions
- Develop proposals, presentations, and quotes for current and prospective customers
- Manage sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and customer information through CRM tools
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service
What You Bring
- Prior outside B2B sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and customer communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your territory independently
- Consultative sales mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling throughout the territory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant sales experience
