Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
