Territory Account Manager

About the role

Educate therapists, physicians, and patients on Tactile Medical’s at-home therapy devices for lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses in an assigned territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, penetrate underserved clinical markets, and provide customer support for training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other Tactile Medical products and services
• Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints
• Penetrate underserved clinical markets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
• One of the following:
  • 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience, OR
  • 1+ years of medical sales experience, OR
  • 4+ years of patient-facing clinical experience, OR
  • 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience
• Knowledge of third-party payer policies
• Ability to travel within territory and outside territory for conferences and training
• Ability to lift 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.
• Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA)
• Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products
• Experience launching new products

Pay

US Pay Range: $73,000 – $92,400 USD. Offers may differ based on candidate’s location, job-specific knowledge, skills, and experience.
