Terrain Design Services Assistant

Role Summary

In collaboration with the Design Manager and Design Leads, the Design Services Assistant supports container design projects and private events in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings. They support the operational tasks of project installations for Design Services.

Role Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day logistics, pulls product needed for jobs, maintains plants and product as needed
• Aids with the physical arrangement and tear down of residential installations as well as on and off-site events
• Supports with clean up and break down on the job site
• Enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the installation experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Affords assistance to the leadership team in maintaining back of house standards
• Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Role Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge and skill of power tools
• Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs on a daily basis
• Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
