Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of laboratory equipment including shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers.
• Support the engineering and custom build request processes.
• Assist in product catalog management and order fulfillment.
• Provide customer support for domestic and international orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or scientific equipment environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical specifications and custom machine orders.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and inventory management is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
