Termite Technician

About the role

Full‑time, entry‑level Termite Technician helping new and returning customers protect their homes from termites and other pests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detective work to locate the source of termite problems and stop pests in their tracks.
• Identify termite infestations and spot potential issues during paid training.
• Deliver comprehensive pest‑control treatments in the field.
• Clearly communicate each step of the process to homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check bait stations and refill them as needed.
• Clean out crawlspaces, install moisture‑protection liners, and set up plumbing for dehumidifiers and sump pumps.
• Install new insulation and foundation vents as preventative maintenance.
• Build strong customer relationships and educate homeowners about pest protection.

Qualifications

• Willingness to comply with company policy regarding background checks and drug screening.
• Good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
• Ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb.
• Salesmanship and strong customer‑service skills.
• No prior experience required – paid training provided.
• Construction or entry‑level carpentry skills are a plus.

Pay

Earn between $45,000 and $70,000 per year in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Schedule

Full‑time day‑shift schedule, Monday to Friday with weekends and evenings off.
