Termite Technician

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is an hourly position.

A Day in the Life

As a Pest Control Technician, you will:

• Start your daily route, building lifelong client relationships while solving pest problems.
• Determine prescribed treatments using inspection graphs and specification sheets.
• Prepare sites by removing debris as required.
• Apply wood-destroying organism treatments, including:
  • Termite bait station (Sentricon) installation with auger and digging tools.
  • Trenching and applying liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters.
  • Drilling and treating void spaces or blocks in crawl spaces and structures.
  • Spray application of product to affected areas.
• Provide calm, helpful customer service, explaining personalized solutions.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions patiently.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—we train the right person.
