Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is an hourly position.

Responsibilities

  • Determine prescribed treatment as marked on inspection graph and specification sheet.
  • Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
  • Apply wood-destroying organism treatments and techniques, including:
    • Termite bait station (Sentricon) installation with auger and digging tools.
    • Trenching and applying liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters of structures.
    • Drilling and applying liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in crawl spaces and structures.
    • Spray application of product to affected areas.
  • Devise and describe personalized pest control solutions to customers with a calm, helpful demeanor.
  • Collect service payments from customers and answer questions patiently.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
  • No experience necessary—we will train the right person.
