Termite Direct Seller / In-Home Sales Consultant

About the role

Aptive is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to join their high-performing termite protection team. This role is ideal for experienced in-home sales representatives, inspectors, or commission-based closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Congduct 7-9 scheduled home inspections daily for existing customers
• Identify termite risks and recommend protection solutions
• educate homeowners and close sales during the appointment
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
• Manage your daily route using a company-provided vehicle

Compensation

Commission-based position
Top performers earn $120,000–$250,000+ annually
High closing opportunities with multiple appointments per day

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass an initial drug screening
• Full-time availability
