The role of Termite Department Supervisor involves overseeing the termite control operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and managing a team of exterminators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee termite control operations
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
• Manage a team of exterminators
• Develop and implement termite prevention strategies
• Train and mentor team members
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in entomology or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in pest control
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of termite biology and control methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with termite detection equipment

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
