What You'll Be Doing
Provide top-tier termite and pest control services in a variety of environments. Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet. Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).
What We Expect From You
- MUST HAVE a termite license and previous experience.
- Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of termite behavior, treatment methods, and pest control regulations.
- Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
- Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
- Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
- Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
Age Requirement
