About the Role

Terminix Service, Inc. of Anderson, SC is hiring a full-time, entry-level Termite Technician to help new and returning customers protect their homes from termites and other pests. This position offers unlimited commission-based earning potential, with expected annual earnings between $45,000 to $70,000 from commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

We provide a company vehicle, fuel card, and strong administrative support, including shared leads and opportunities for advancement.

A Day in the Life

As an entry-level Termite Technician, you will:

  • Investigate and identify termite infestations and potential issues through ongoing paid training.
  • Deliver comprehensive pest control treatments and communicate each step clearly to homeowners.
  • Check and refill bait stations as needed.
  • Clean crawlspaces and install moisture protection, including liners, dehumidifiers, and sump pumps.
  • Install new insulation and foundation vents for preventative maintenance.
  • Build strong customer relationships through education and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Willingness to comply with company policy regarding background checks and drug screening.
  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in small, confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and in all types of weather.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong customer service and salesmanship skills.
  • No experience necessary—paid training provided.
  • Experience with construction or entry-level carpentry is a plus.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday with weekends and evenings off.
