Termination Technician I

Overview of Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, solder and crimp multi-strand cables to electrical connectors.
• Assemble lighting products.
• Perform preliminary quality control inspections.
• Any other related work as assigned.

Education & Requirements

• J-STD-001, IPC-610 and/or WHMA-A-620-A certifications are highly preferred.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years directly relevant electrical/mechanical assembly experience in a high tech manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams/electrical schematics blueprints, drawings and instructions in English.
• Fiber-optic or electro-optical experience and/or ANSI/TIA/EIA-455 certification is preferred.
