About the Role
As a Foreman in the Structures Department, you will supervise the installation and dismantling of equipment, including scaffolds, tent structures, flooring, and mezzanines. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires modeling the highest standards of professionalism and decorum at exclusive sporting venues across the country. Your work will uphold the InProduction reputation through appearance, behavior, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of mezzanine and tent structures, as well as other assigned duties in the field or warehouse.
- Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures.
- Ensure full client satisfaction regarding the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules.
- Enforce company safety standards, including wearing and using safety equipment.
- Carry, load, and unload materials from trucks to installation locations on-site.
- Maintain respectful interactions with a multi-lingual team, leaders, and clients.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in structure installation, preferably in building larger tent, mezzanine, and building structures.
- Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Highly preferred experience installing Double Decker platforms.
- Must pass background check and drug screening requirements.
- Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products preferred.
- Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential.
- Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses are a plus but not required (training provided).
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (40–70 hours per week), including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel extensively (over 50% on the road) for extended periods, including events like the Phoenix Open, Austin City Limits, and Jazz Fest.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds.
Work Environment
- Work primarily outdoors in various environments.
- May be required to work at various heights.
- Exposure to excessive noise.
- Wearing of safety clothing and equipment is required.
Pay
$70,000–$85,000 annually (salaried/non-exempt with fluctuating overtime). Overtime available. Lodging and per diem are paid by the company.
