Genesis Health Clubs, recognized as one of the top 3 tennis companies in the USA by the USTA, is seeking passionate, hardworking, and dynamic Tennis Professionals who want to thrive in a progressive, success‑driven environment. The Full‑Time Tennis Professional, reporting to the National Tennis Director and the Club Tennis Director, will create and deliver dynamic, high‑energy, engaging, and fun lessons for all ages and skill levels while contributing to growth, retention, and top‑notch tennis programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for tennis, inspiring participants of all ages and levels.
• Maintain an average of 35 on‑court hours per week, delivering high‑energy, fun lessons.
• Research and learn programming features and on‑court tools to enhance lesson delivery.
• Provide private and group lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
• Manage the financial aspects of the programs and private lessons you conduct.
• Ensure a safe and clean playing environment.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1–5+ years of tennis teaching experience (including opportunities for recent OPT graduates).
• RSPA and/or PTR certification, or a commitment to becoming certified.
• Playing level of 4.0 or higher.
• Ambitious, passionate about people, coachable, with a contagious positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high integrity, and dedication to personalized service.

Pay

Full‑Time: Hourly commission‑based compensation.
