About the role

Responsible to assist the Tennessee Small Business Development Center in implementing its mission which is to provide high quality consulting and training solutions to start, grow, and sustain the client’s business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering consulting and training solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments within the Tennessee Small Business Development Center to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform consulting and training strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business consulting, training, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
