About the role
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the Association's Chief Executive Officer and provides strategic leadership for every aspect of the organization. This individual will partner closely with volunteer leaders to implement the Association's strategic vision while overseeing operations, financial stewardship, membership growth, advocacy initiatives, communications, educational programming, governance support, and organizational development.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in the boardroom, at the State Capitol, speaking before healthcare leaders, engaging members across Tennessee, and leading an exceptional staff team.
Responsibilities
