About the role

As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll share our vision for expanding mental-health access and thrive in an environment driven by our core values: authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to break down barriers and fill gaps in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental-health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation—including further diagnosis, treatment-plan reviews, and case notes—according to company policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a diverse team to further the mission of filling community gaps.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • For full-time status, maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Additional duties as needed to support the role and the team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.).
  • Experience with completing Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).

Pay

$75,000 – $90,000 per year.
