Tenaya Stone Spa inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa offers a luxurious, Forbes‑recognized resort environment where you provide personalized, one‑on‑one Guest experiences as part of a collaborative, wellness‑focused team delivering the gold standard of Disney Guest Service.

The Disneyland Resort is hosting a hiring event for spa positions on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 or Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Disneyland Resort Casting Center, 700 West Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92802. Parking is available at the Team Disney Anaheim Casting Center Visitor Lot (9051 Sky Way). Directions: if traveling west on Ball Road, turn left on Cast Place (before Disneyland Drive) then left again; if traveling east, pass Disneyland Drive, turn right on Cast Place then left. Parking attendants are on the left – let them know you are here for the Hiring Event. Walk‑in candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized, one‑on‑one spa services (hair, skin, massage, nails, fitness) to Guests.
• Educate Guests on services and products, personalizing recommendations.
• Maintain a calm, memorable experience while upholding Disney’s service standards.
• Work collaboratively with spa team members to ensure consistency and excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold and maintain an active California license/certification for the role of interest (Massage Therapist – CAMTC, Cosmetologist/Barber, Esthetician).
• Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations independently using service recovery techniques.
• Complete knowledge of services and products, with ability to educate Guests.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to complete tasks independently and memorize/deliver scripted content.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional Guest service; proactive in anticipating Guest needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong computer knowledge.
• Prior spa experience; familiarity with spa products, services, and terminology.
• Previous leadership experience in a spa environment.
• Prior sales experience; comfort with suggestive selling.
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Pay

• Hairstylist: $21.13 per hour, plus commission and gratuities.
• Esthetician: $21.13 per hour, plus commission and gratuities.
• Massage Therapist: $21.13 per hour, plus commission and gratuities.
• Nail Technician: $21.13 per hour, plus commission and gratuities (alternative rate noted as $26.00 per hour where applicable).
• Fitness Instructor: $21.13 per hour, plus class tier pay of $40.00 per class.
