Tenant Fit-Out Construction Project Manager (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of interior build-outs
• Cooking mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Integrating tenant infrastructure into existing base building systems
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with customer requirements
• Acting as the primary contact for customers, ensuring scope, timelines, and technical needs are met
• Overseeing procurement, equipment sourcing, and delivery timelines
• Collaborating with design, engineering, and procurement teams on construction documents and specifications
• Managing contractors, vendors, and site activities, enforcing safety and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality control, and overseeing project documentation and turnover
• Providing proactive communication on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in construction management, with 3+ years in tenant fit-out or interior build-outs
• Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers or industrial facilities
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and construction contracts
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with hyperscale or enterprise customers
