What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and execute the UX and visual design of marketing-related digital experiences, including:
- Website pages and components
- Email templates and campaigns
- Landing pages and microsites
- Paid media assets
- Social media content
- Interactive content and lead-gen forms
- Translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually compelling experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and responsive designs based on requirements and user insights.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms to produce high-fidelity design assets.
- Apply a mobile-first and accessibility-conscious approach to all designs.
- Leverage user data, heatmaps, A/B testing, behavioral analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, VWO), and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve design effectiveness and inform UX decisions.
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate closely with channel owners (e.g., email, paid media, web, SEO/SEM, social) to understand their goals and support their strategies with tailored experiences.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints while helping improve and extend our design system.
- Participate in design critiques and marketing planning sessions, offering UX best practices and ideas to elevate the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on digital design trends, web standards, and evolving customer behaviors to bring innovative ideas to the table.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a marketing or eCommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and user-centric design solutions across various digital channels.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, product, and content.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and conversion-focused UX patterns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, user feedback, and testing outcomes to iterate on design solutions.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance marketing principles and how design impacts KPIs like engagement, conversion rate, and bounce rate.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
