Temporary Turn Associate - Office
Student housing turn season is one of the most compressed, high-volume periods in property management. Leases expire in bulk, residents move out within days of each other, and new residents start arriving almost immediately. During that window, office teams need extra hands to keep the move-in process from buckling under the volume.
About the role
PeakMade Real Estate is bringing on a temporary office associate at their student housing community in Allendale, Michigan to support the leasing office through turnover. This is a short-term, high-activity role that supports the front end of the resident experience during move-in and move-out.
Responsibilities
- Field questions from incoming and outgoing residents
- Help the office team stay organized during high-traffic periods
- Ensure administrative tasks don’t fall through the cracks when front-desk traffic spikes
- Handle general office support as directed
- Maintain a professional manner in every interaction with residents, vendors, and teammates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (no degree requirement)
- Reliable transportation to get to the property consistently
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours during the turn period
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor
- Ability to take direction and shift priorities quickly as needs change
Schedule
Hours run 32 to 40 per week, with weekend availability expected during peak turn activity. Evening and weekend schedules can also be considered depending on your availability.
