Temporary Training Coordinator I

Requirements

The Maryland Health Insurance Exchange (MD HIX) project is seeking Limited Service Training Coordinators to support the project. This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 to 6 months.

• Deliver instructor-led training programs to various levels of project staff.
• Assist with curriculum development, review course materials, administer assessments, and monitor participant performance.
• Organize materials for presentation and provide administrative support to Training classes and Training Team members.
• Support the coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, setting up training rooms, and managing participant notifications.
• Participate in process and team meetings to identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
• Follow regulatory approval and document management processes when creating or updating training materials.
• Develop and maintain training resources and systems training environments.
• Adhere to established safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Currently employed on the Maryland Health Insurance Exchange (MD HIX) program at Maximus.
• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required for home office connectivity.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
