Temporary TPS Tax Processor

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking a Temporary TPS Tax Processor to join the team in our Woodland Hills office. This is a seasonal position starting on August 17, 2026, and ending October 16, 2026. The position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Electronically processing and assembling completed tax returns and related reports
• Delivering completed packages and updating the tracking system
• Coordinating the delivery of assembled tax returns for shipment to clients
• Assisting with the set-up of new client matters in the system
• Assisting with tax software and document management maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted
• Ability to work overtime (evenings and Saturdays) as needed
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly
• Excellent administrative and computer skills with ability to print, collate, and assemble documents, electronically and physically
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Prior experience with tax returns is a plus
• Dependable, reliable, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review
• May require some standing for periods of time
• Access to reliable transportation for off-site business tasks (e.g. Federal Express drop-offs)
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15 lbs

Pay

The hourly rate for a Tax Processor is $25 an hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.

Schedule

This is a temporary (seasonal) position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime (weekday evenings and Saturdays).
