About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of evaluation systems within the district.Responsibilities
- Evaluate student performance data to inform instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement improvement plans based on evaluation results.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to support teacher professional development.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education standards and regulations.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Experience with educational technology and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Florida state education policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software platforms.
