TEMPORARY TALENT WORKFORCE: Specialist Lead, Analytics & Insights This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Analytics & Insights role between October 2026 - May 2027 for our People Analytics team. Recruiting for this role ends on November 6, 2026. This role is remote. Work you'll do Translate requirements and user stories into wireframes and prototypes in Figma, applying established design systems, accessibility principles, and data visualization best practices.Partner with technical teams and apply working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms to ensure wireframes and prototypes are technically feasible.Maintain and evolve our existing design systems and UI Kits to enable more efficient wireframe design and prototyping.Work as an individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy while coordinating closely with design, development, and business teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, client- and team-focused environment.Develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team The People Analytics Team collaborates across People and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, Scandidate assessments, evaluation) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in dashboard design, data visualization, or UX/UI designAdvanced proficiency in Figma or a similar wireframing/prototyping tool, including creating wireframes and prototypes, and using and maintaining design systems.Experience working with or designing for SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms.Strong understanding of UX/UI design, data visualization, and accessibility standards.Ability to translate business and functional requirements into dashboard wireframes and prototypes.Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience working with HR or talent dataExperience developing dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms.Ability to balance detailed client needs with strategic thinking about underlying goals and user needs.Experience communicating effectively with a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
