Temporary | Student Center Retail Associate (Huddle C-Store)

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Retail Associates (2nd & 3rd shift) in our Campus Dining department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests and exceed expectations while working at a fast-paced dining establishment
• Assist with preparation of food as needed
• Stock and rotate food inventories
• Operate order and point of sale equipment
• Accurately follow the brand standards
• Wash dishes, and maintain a clean unit
• Perform all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities

Qualifications

• Available to work late night shifts (6PM-2AM)
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous food service experience is preferred
• Able to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
