Responsibilities

• Responsible for front desk duties, controlling access to the facility, monitoring computer systems, and conducting foot patrols every hour.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with computers and technology.
• Conducts foot patrols every hour.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Enforces regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provides customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

Pay

$19.00/hour

Schedule

Full-time overnight position (2400–0800), Monday through Friday. Temporary-to-permanent position (minimum 3–4 months).
